Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and initiate a formal request.
Wait for Approval
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items are eligible for return based on our bulk purchase guidelines.
Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely pack the items in their original packaging and use the provided shipping label to send the inventory back to our distribution center.
Receive Credit
After we inspect the returned merchandise, a refund or store credit will be issued to your account within 5-7 business days.
